Susan K. Simon has been an educator for the past twenty-eight years, serving the public schools as a teacher, school principal, educational leader, personal and communication coach, and mentor. She has led both small and large organizations through successful change toward becoming excellent educational institutions. Leadership, communication and community building are key areas in which Susan has been successful in bringing about personal and organizational change. She is noted for her excellent listening skills, ability to build strong community, visionary role modeling, and practical application of cutting edge change practices.

Susan has a Masters Degree in Special Education and a Masters Degree in Educational Admini- stration. She has facilitated curriculum work, staff development and leadership training in the regular community where she has trained employees in local organizations and parent groups.

Susan is passionate about working with people to bring about meaningful change in their lives, helping them to bring their vision to reality. Through her highly interactive & creative workshops, motivational keynote addresses, and personal coaching sessions, Susan assists individuals in becoming more effective in both their personal and professional lives. Her work with individuals within organizations helps to facilitate organizational change in a healthy and productive manner.

In addition to facilitating workshops, Susan is a highly successful personal and communication coach. She has worked with clients for the past fifteen years to help them define goals and behaviors that will bring greater control over and mastery of their lives. Susan is trained to listen, question, clarify, focus, provide feedback, strategize, and support the change process whether individually or at the organizational level.

Active in her local community, Susan has served as a hospice volunteer and works with other social causes. Susan is known for her ability to listen, bring people together, and create excellence through shared interactions.
