Susan Simon has fifteen years of experience as a highly successful school principal and organizational leader in public and charter schools. She knows how to effectively facilitate change in educational settings and lead school communities toward excellence. Working with individual schools or entire systems, she assists organizations to examine problems and/or needs, strategize solutions, and action plan. Susan has a strong background in curriculum development, professional and staff training, communication, and leadership within the public schools.
